Queen Beatrix’s New Year Receptions

This week, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands held her traditional New Year receptions revolving around representatives of Dutch society and international organizations. She also met with foreign diplomats. She was accompanied by her son, the Prince of Orange and his wife Princess Máxima. Her sister, Princess Margriet and her husband, professor mr. Pieter van Vollenhoven attended as well.
