Jordanian King Briefed on Situation in Iraq

Before embarking on his visit to the United States, King Abdullah II of Jordan received General David Petraeus, commander of the US troops in Iraq, yesterday. The purpose of the visit was to brief the monarch on Iraq’s security situation.
