40th Birthday Milestone for Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark

Last week, a biography entitled, Frederik - kronprins af Danmark, was released in honour of his 40th birthday. Today in spite of the rain, he appeared on the balcony of Christian IX’s Palace in Amalienborg. Besides the balcony appearance, the Danish Monarchy released new photos of the crown prince this week. Furthermore, he will host a private dinner to celebrate his 40th year at the Orangeriet, Fredensborg Slot on May 31st. Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway will attend the belated birthday celebration.
