Baby Prince Named George

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced today the names of their newborn son. His names are George Alexander Louis. He will be known by His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.

BREAKING NEWS: Catherine In Labour

The royal birth is imminent! Clarence House tweeted the news and the Prince of Wales website released a statement this morning.

Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour.

The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s Baby Due in July

The Duchess of Cambridge’s baby is due to arrive in July. It was announced by the royal couple this morning on the Prince of Wales website.

Along with the announcement of the royal baby’s due date, the statement mentioned that the duchess’s health has improved since her short hospital stay the previous month to treat her acute morning sickness at King Edward VII Hospital in Central London.

BREAKING NEWS: The Duchess of Cambridge in Hospital for Acute Morning Sickness

Prince William announced today that his wife is expecting a child. Whilst the joyous news was being released, Catherine was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London this afternoon. She is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her medical treatment requires supplementary hydration, nutrients and plenty of rest.

The Prince of Wales website is temporarily unavailable due to the extraordinary amount of attention to the baby news.

No Immediate Honeymoon for Royal Couple

Below is the statement released on The Prince of Wales official website.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen not to depart for a honeymoon immediately. Instead, after spending the weekend privately in the United Kingdom, The Duke will return to work as a Search and Rescue pilot next week.

The locations of both their private weekend before The Duke returns to work and their future honeymoon, which will be overseas, will not be disclosed in advance.

The Couple have asked that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon.

LATEST NEWS: Prince William Returns to Clarence House

The newly styled Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left Buckingham Palace for Clarence House this afternoon in a convertible Aston Martin Volante DB6 MKII owned by the Prince of Wales. The car was festooned in balloons and ribbons whilst tennis shoes were dragged from the bumper. Overhead, a Search and Rescue helicopter followed them in a flypast.
